You retain ownership of the content you create on Coorda. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not endorse any user-generated content.

5. Subscription and Payments

Coorda offers free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees on time

• Provide accurate billing information

• Accept that fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within Coorda — including the name, logo, and app interface — is owned by Coorda and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Coorda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• The accuracy of AI-generated suggestions or recommendations

• That the service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coorda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Coorda at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
